Service. We facilitate online prepaid mobile top-up for SIMBA numbers in Singapore. We do not provide mobile network services. Availability may vary.

Your responsibilities. You must enter a valid 8-digit SIMBA number and select the correct amount. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided. You must be at least 18 years old or have guardian consent.

Fees. The amount shown on the payment page is the amount charged unless otherwise stated. Currency is Singapore dollars (SGD) unless noted.

Limitation. We are not liable for delays caused by mobile operators, banks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited to the transaction amount in dispute where permitted by law.

Changes. We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
