Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued when a payment failed but was charged, the wrong amount was processed due to our error, or a duplicate transaction occurred.

Not refundable: successful prepaid top-ups already credited to your SIMBA account, except where required by law or operator policy.

How to request: email us within 14 days via Contact Us with your SIMBA number, date, amount (SGD), and payment reference.

Processing: approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–14 business days depending on your bank or wallet provider.

Operator-related service issues should be raised with SIMBA at simba.sg.
